Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Strong Start Lactation and
Breastfeeding LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a service, you agree to the terms below.
Services
We offer breastfeeding and lactation support in the UK, including:
- Home Visits: 2-hour, one-to-one feeding support in your home, including up to 14 days of follow-up support via WhatsApp (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00).
- Antenatal Breastfeeding Classes: 2-hour, one-to-one sessions to prepare for breastfeeding before birth. Group sessions available on request.
- Virtual Consultations: 1-hour consultation via phone or video call.
Booking & Payment
- All sessions must be booked in advance.
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices and packages are confirmed at booking and are non-transferable.
- In some circumstances, additional charges may apply (for example, specialist equipment, extended travel, or parking fees). Any such costs will always be discussed and agreed in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not be charged.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged in full.
WhatsApp Support
WhatsApp support is for brief guidance only, available Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00, and does not
replace medical or emergency care.
Professional Scope & Disclaimer
Support is provided by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). We are not
medical practitioners and do not provide diagnoses or medical treatment.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal data is handled in line with UK GDPR. Electronic communication carries inherent
privacy risks.
Liability
We are not liable for loss or injury arising from the use of our services, except where liability
cannot be excluded under UK law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.
